The Community Development Kit is a website template and set of perl scripts to aid in the rapid development of a commercially based community website. This is NOT a script with web GUI access to editing and maintaining the website, it just pulls out the flat files and displays a community website like the one you see here. This version is "Multi-Location", meaning that is is to be used for a group of locations, like the boroughs of a large city, cities in a county, or even all the cities in a state if you are that ambitious. Think of this as a community based yellow pages on steroids.
Includes a third-party, open source, newsletter script.
