Download Manager

A simple but powerful "File Download Managing" script. This script is a FREEWARE script.
(For Unix servers, or wherever CGI/Perl5 runs)

- user can only download file(s) so many times a day
- Keeps detailed statistics of all downloads
- Comes with a administer tool to add, modify, delete files, view and delete the statistics.
