SweepTool
SweepTool is a Perl program designed to run a sweepstakes on your web site. It can be any length of time. Includes automatic emails to anybody who enters your contest as well as an email to the contest manager. It builds a database of emails from all entries who do not opt out. Includes 13 sweeps sites to get started but it is easy to add more. Easy to install.
