CRMchat

CRMchat is a PHP, and MySQL driven Webbased CRM chatsytem for customer support. CRMChat displays the user on the website, if the operator is online. Than he can chat live with the Operator. For the operator is a comfortable admin in the Backend. It shows the Operator if new customers are online and he can chat with multiple customers. Also includes a message center if the operator is not available online, a printing feature for operator and customer, sound, realtime chatstream 100% webbased.
